Eagle Crest engaged Nappic to help them develop a Brand Base, Brand Message and Brand Voice.  Eagle Crest’s story and mission stands out beyond the typical real estate agency.  They viewed the action of purchasing a house as an investment and they saw themselves as trusted financial advisors. The team at Eagle Crest was hand-selected and compensated not based on commission, but salary.  The idea behind their model was that it removed unnecessary pressure for both the agent and the buyer.  Core to the roots of Eagle Crest was excellent, hands-on customer service.

 
The Nappic team took Eagle Crest’s compelling story and developed a strong Brand Base that was built along the premises of warmth, strength and ethics to capture the key elements of the founders, the agents and the customers.
 
The Eagle Crest logo is representative of the key brand components. The logo is composed of two graphics; the eagle and crescent and the Eagle Crest wordmark.  This logo was specifically designed to elicit warmth, and emotion while preserving the heritage of past logos.  Every part of the project was designed to promote the values of Eagle Crest and highlight their ethics, while sharing their customer’s confidence in the Eagle Crest brand.
