Trifloan (www.trifloan.com/) is a program developed by The Mortgage Guild in response to rapidly changing interest rates.  The program targets both buyers and sellers to offer opportunities based on their special circumstances.   Nappic was retained by The Mortgage Guild to help them define the program and develop the tools to get the message out.  Nappic worked with The Mortgage Guild to develop the Brand Base and Message.  Through the Brand Base exercise Nappic came up with the program name.
